Official Contest Rules

This contest is sponsored by House of L Squared, LLC a boudoir photography studio located in Kingston, TN.
Contest Period:
The contest is ongoing.
Eligibility:
The contest is open to women who are legal residents of the United States, 40 years of age or older, and willing to travel to Kingston, TN for the photoshoot. Employees of House of L Squared, LLC, their immediate family members, and individuals living in the same household are not eligible.
How to Enter:
No purchase is necessary to enter or win this contest. A purchase or payment of any kind will not increase your chances of winning.
Entries must be submitted via House of L Squared website entry form. Limit one entry per person. Multiple entries by the same person or entries submitted using multiple identities will result in immediate disqualification. Participants must complete their entry in its entirety and agree to the terms and conditions of working with the studio. Failure to do so will result in disqualification.
Judging Criteria:
Entries will be judged based on the following factors:
Creativity and originality of the answers.
Emotional resonance or personal connection to the idea of a boudoir photoshoot.
Thoughtfulness and clarity of the responses.
The women with the most thoughtful and creative answers, as determined by the judges at House of L Squared, will be selected as the winners. The judges' decision is final.
Prize Description:
The winner will receive:
A professional boudoir photoshoot at House of L Squared's studio.
Professional hair and makeup services.
$250 print credit towards your chosen collection.
The prize has an approximate retail value of $550. It is non-transferable, cannot be redeemed for cash, and cannot be gifted. The photoshoot must be scheduled within 365 days of notification and will take place on a weeknight or Saturday, subject to the photographer’s availability. If the winner cannot attend on an available date, they will forfeit the prize, and another winner will be selected.
Winner Selection and Notification:
The winners will be selected based on the creativity and thoughtfulness of their responses. The winners will be notified by email and/or text message. The winners must respond within 24 hours to claim their prize and schedule their session. If the winners fail to respond or schedule within 24 hours, they will forfeit the prize, and an alternate winner will be selected.
There shall be forty official winners of this model call, who will receive the full prize as described. However, at the discretion of House of L Squared, LLC, additional participants may be offered a waived session fee as a special opportunity. These individuals must pay a $250 retainer to secure their session date, which will be applied toward any collection purchase. The retainer is non-refundable and must be paid within the specified timeframe to claim the offer. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of the opportunity.
Verification:
The winners will be required to:
Provide a valid government-issued photo ID.
Complete and submit any necessary tax forms if applicable.
The winner is responsible for any applicable taxes associated with the prize.
Liability Release:
By entering, participants release House of L Squared, LLC, its employees, and agents from any liability for injuries, damages, or losses resulting from participation in the contest or use of the prize. The sponsor is not responsible for technical errors, fraudulent activity, or any other issues beyond its control.
Additional Terms:
This contest is governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee. It is void where prohibited by law. House of L Squared, LLC reserves the right to cancel or modify the contest if unforeseen circumstances arise.
